1. What's happening in the clip is Stewie made a clone for hielmsf and Brian wanted one so Stewie made his clone make Brian's clone. That's when they noticed sopmething went wrong with Brian's clone. At the end of the clip both clones dissolved in to a liquid matter.2. Well first off the cloning was related to bioethics in this clip and the fact that they melted i believe have something to do with bioethics because it has something to do with biology I'm assuming.
